Within each group the metal sliders allow roughly 5 cm of further adjustment per strap, so a wearer at the low end of a size band can still tighten the fit rather than sizing down. It fits torsos and hip measurements across that full XS/S to 6XL/7XL range; a frame noticeably smaller than XS/S will find the O-ring hanging low and the hip straps loose even at full tension, and a frame above the 6XL/7XL band will not have enough slack left in the sliders to close the rear hook.

Material & Care

The straps are a matte black stretch-elastic, chosen over a stiff faux leather so the harness moves with the body instead of holding a fixed shape. The single-layer straps are unlined, which keeps them thin against the skin but also means the gold-tone hardware is the only rigid element in the design. Hand washing preserves the elastic's stretch far longer than a washing machine cycle, which can warp the sliders and dull the hardware finish over repeated washes.
