Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under the armpits. Keep it level and snug — not tight.
Measure around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso. Don’t suck in.
Wrap around the widest part of your hips, usually about 8 inches below the waist. Keep the tape level.
Compare your measurements with the chart below. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one for comfort.
