1. Global Shipping Policy & Rates

At Mens Harness, we are proud to offer secure, insured, and reliable worldwide shipping services. We cater to an international clientele, facilitating all transactions and shipping calculations in United States Dollars (USD). Our delivery services operate across North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Asia-Pacific, and South America, subject to local customs regulations and courier service availability.

Shipping rates are dynamically calculated during the checkout process based on the destination country, total order weight, and selected shipping speed (Express vs. Standard). We also offer a **free shipping threshold** for orders exceeding a specific dollar amount; if your order qualifies, the free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout.

2. Order Dispatch & Processing Times

We take pride in our product quality and meticulous preparation. All orders are subject to a processing and dispatch phase before being handed over to our courier partners:

  • Standard Products: Orders for ready-to-wear items, accessories, and harnesses are processed and dispatched within **two (2) to four (4) business days** (excluding weekends and regional holidays).
  • Handmade / Made-to-Order Items: Some of our premium leather harnesses, custom-fit apparel, and specialized accessories are handcrafted to order. These items carry an extended processing time of **five (5) to ten (10) business days**, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Once your order has been prepared, packed, and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

4. Strict Discreet Packaging & Privacy Commitment

We understand the sensitive and highly personal nature of our products (intimate apparel, harnesses, and body accessories). We guarantee **100% absolute privacy** for all shipments through our strict discreet packaging commitment:

  • Unbranded Outer Packaging: All orders are shipped in completely plain, sturdy, and unbranded cardboard boxes, bubble mailers, or shipping bags. There are no logos, brand names, product references, or descriptive terms printed anywhere on the outside of the package.
  • Neutral Return Address: The shipping label lists a neutral sender name, such as "Logistics Dept" or our corporate name , with a neutral fulfillment center address. The brand name Mens Harness will not appear on the exterior of the parcel.
  • Discreet Customs Documents: For international shipments requiring customs declarations, the contents are classified under neutral, non-descriptive categories (such as "Apparel Accessories," "Polyester Garments," or "Fashion Accessories") to ensure your absolute privacy at all stages of transport.

5. Courier Partners

To ensure secure transport and reliable delivery, we partner with premier global shipping carriers. Depending on your region and the selected shipping service, your order will be delivered by FedEx, DHL Express, UPS, or your national postal operator (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, La Poste, Deutsche Post) upon customs clearance.

6. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

Keeping track of your order is simple. Once your package is dispatched, we send you a shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link. You can track your shipment's journey in real-time by visiting your account dashboard at /account/orders.

It can take up to twenty-four (24) hours from dispatch for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal. If you notice no tracking updates for more than five (5) consecutive business days, please contact our support desk at info@mensharness.com so we can initiate an inquiry with the carrier.

7. Customs Clearance, Duties, & International Taxes

Since we ship worldwide from international fulfillment hubs, orders delivered outside our primary warehouse locations may be subject to customs clearance regulations, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and import duties levied by the destination country.

All such duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer (the importer of record). These fees are not collected by Mens Harness and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees paid during checkout. If you are unsure about potential import taxes, we strongly advise you to contact your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.

8. Address Changes & Shipping Restrictions

We are committed to fast order processing. Consequently, the window for modifying a shipping address is extremely narrow. If you notice an error in your shipping details, you must notify us immediately at info@mensharness.com with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has been marked as dispatched or a tracking number has been generated, we cannot alter the delivery destination, intercept the package, or issue a refund.

Please note that due to security, insurance requirements, and carrier restrictions, **we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses**. A physical street address and a valid contact phone number are mandatory requirements for all shipments.

9. Receiving Shipments & Damaged Parcel Procedure

Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the physical condition of the parcel before signing or accepting it from the courier. If the outer shipping box is severely crushed, torn, open, or taped with courier-branded tape indicating damage, you must:

  • Refuse the delivery due to damage, or
  • Instruct the delivery agent to note "Damaged on Arrival" or "Accepted under Reservation" on the signature terminal.
  • Immediately take photographs of the damaged outer box and contact us at info@mensharness.com within **forty-eight (48) hours** of the delivery attempt. Failing to follow these steps may void our shipping insurance and limit our ability to issue a replacement or refund.

10. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned to our warehouse as "Undeliverable" due to one of the following reasons, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your final refund:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by the Customer.
  • Failure of the Customer to arrange redelivery or collect the package from the local courier depot within the designated holding period following a failed delivery attempt.
  • Refusal by the Customer to pay import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance charges.

We will contact you via email if a package is returned to us. If you wish to have the package re-shipped to a corrected address, you will be responsible for the full cost of the second shipping fee.
